First I want to thank you for your professional service. I just have one recommendation. The time of closing the pool was so soon. If you change it from 6pm to 8pm, I think that would be more appropriate and useful.
It was one of the most memorable stay I've ever had. The room size is spacious enough for my wife and I. However, the facilities seem to be a little dated and the T.V. has very limited channel to watch. The cleanliness is good. The staff are friendly. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. Although the buffet was not available due to the pandemic of Corona Viruses, we were able to order the food as much as we need. The food was excellent. In summary, we are very pleased to stay with Shangri-La Chiangmai.
GM Gabriele Lombardo is the best! He is very attentive to all the guests, and keeps and maintains the hotel in pristine condition. The staff are excellent, great customer service and attention to detail. Always happy to assist.
