Horrible experience with this company. I tried renting a car twice from them with the dates Dec 13 to Dec 27, both times when receiving my confirmation email the dates had changed to Dec 14th and 28th (the second booking was an attempt to fix the wrong dates, I figured maybe the first go around it was an error on my part). I emailed reservation support about the error and they said that they could change the day to the 13th no problem, but there would be a price change of roughly $700. I refused the offer and asked that the issue be sent to a customer service manager, as the error was within Thrifty’s system, not an error on my part (triple checked the dates prior to submitting the second time). They said they could send the issue up the ladder but that it would take 7 to 14 days for a response, a time period that is past the day I need to pick up the car. Would never rent from this business.
