Pick up was fast and easy! Car was good! Drop Off was too difficult: we had to call Hertz and they would explain where to bring the car. When we called, the person who picked up spoke poor English and we had a misunderstanding to where to drop off the car. Instead of getting a colleague who did speak proper english, he hanged up the phone. We got a call back tough, but this made the experience of bringing back the car unnecessary complicated! I would suggest to explain (on a printed paper) where to drop off the car, when picking up the car.
Rented a Honda Civic for a month, convenient location, good service, clean, almost new car (8200km) and competitive price. Would definitely recommend Hertz.
