Great service ???? Got a good reliable car at a price no one else can match. No surprises when I returned it
I rated north wheels car rental in Chiang Mai 1 star because their form said “no refund” next to the deposit amount of 5,000 bht. They assured me that I would get refunded for my deposit (provided in cash) if I returned the car in same condition and no problems, but they refused to rewrite and clarify that on the form. Did not have credit card available. After discussing for a few minutes and them refusing to write on form that I would get deposit back, I told them I didn’t feel comfortable giving them cash without the guarantee on paper that I would get it back. They then told me that I should go someplace else instead. I wish this place would have worked out considering their vehicles appeared to be in good condition. But, unless you want to run the risk of not getting your deposit back, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
Excellent car rental, very professional and friendly, great, well taken care of car. The girl spoke excellent English and was great to deal with. Rental came with limited liability insurance, liability was 5000 baht, which was the deposit, great value, glad I didn't need it :) but reassuring to have. Would highly recommend and will use again.
