There is some great deals at the moment! Friendly, helpful staff. I dropped off a car here (from Chiang Mai) and picked up another a few days later (to drive to Hua Hin) and both times the service was quick, easy and efficient. Would recommend to anyone and I’d use this this company again!
Booked and Confirmed, Pick up truck , No Have , You can have new car at 9:00pm,I’ve been sitting at mall waiting it’s 4:00pm , they said you can have Yaris at 9:00pm, but you must pay more money, This is a Scam, I’ve rented cars around the World, never had this Problem, any car company will upgrade you If not have your choice of vehicle, Confirmed , This is ridiculous, Stay Away, Don't be Scammed, Avoid this Company... Like the Plague , Now I contact Travelocity for Refund
We enjoyed the prompt response of the staff to our requests. We booked the car online half an hour before the pick up. We picked up in the wrong office but they got us the car very quickly. We received detailed info about the car, the rental conditions and insurance before signing the contract. For dropoff, the staff was kind enough to drive us to the airport. Totally recommend.
