Truly, I don't understand the poor reviews. We must be an anomaly. From start to finish, my girlfriend and I had an incredible experience, made possible by Cedric and the team at Cool Asia Travel. We used them for a two-day excursion in Chiangmai, Thailand. The initial informational email was clear about where to meet and when. Sure enough, we arrived at the office within the designated pickup window, and the hired guide was there to meet us. I will likely provide a review for the tour itself, but felt it necessary to review the tour company first. Not sure about other locations, but if you're in Chiangmai and want to take a guided trek for a comparatively low cost, I recommend using these folks to set it up.
They have a really nice restaurant to have breakfast with lots of choice of European breakfasts (pancakes, crepes, cakes, muesli, etc). They also have lots of coffees and tea (which are a bit expensive though). I definitely recommend the place !
