If I could rate it lower, I would. Maybe it is a little premature, the job done is surpar at best. My usual salon is closed so I chose to go here as I have used them before when I was in a pinch. I walked in at 1.45pm and was waiting for someone to come down. After they sat me down, another customer walked in. It must be their regular as the manicurist went straight to them and left me waiting. I wanted to do a simple medicure and pedicure with no colour, as I was in a bit of a rush. Within an hour, I should be more than finished. I waited till 2.10pm before I got fed up and left. I came in first with a very simple job and they served another customer first. For 20 mins, I waited. It is such a waste of my time. I have used them before but this is the first time that I felt so indignant. I will never come back again and recommend no one to come and face balant disregard for their customers. A better salon is across the street called Enjoy nails in a building.. The staff are friendlier and more polite, the prices are more competitive, and it is a fair system.
They really do a professional service, they work with care, they don't blind you with some gimmicks, but produce excellent nails and skin. We had a complete refill of acrylic nails, gel cover, manicure and pedicure, spent some 75 minutes and loved it. Great place! Great staff! We will be back!
