Inaccurate prices. All I wanted was to fix my teeth, this place took me on a Series of mix messages here and there. The head dentist here is untrustworthy as she doesn’t tell you what’s going on and pushes you to things you don’t want to do. I have never felt so uncomfortable as a patient. Should be reported to the Thai medical association, don’t trust some of these other reviews, it seems they are bots and not real. Bit of a shady place
Thank you Dr. Laddawan and your team for your excellent work, your welcoming environment and your caring and friendly attitude. They're professional, expert, speedy - I felt very comfortable here and believe the dentist and assistant are very competent to meet my needs. The cost was what I expected. No added surprises. I will definitely return and would definitely recommend this Clinic.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Find another clinic. The dentist I had (female) is rude and inattentive. Talks to her staff while she is working and forgets what she was doing. Tried to charge me for a toothbrush and flossing tool that I did not order. Dishonest, rude, inattentive.
Very clean, modern facility. Great service in setting up an appointment. They were super flexible on appointments and always gave quick replies to my emails, sometimes even outside of office hours or on the weekend. The doctor was friendly and professional and I respected her recommendations. And definitely a bargain at Thai prices. I only had a cleaning and polishing and can't really comment on more advanced procedures.
