This place has lost all credibility, care, and service over the years. Now they cannot book appointments correctly or even do a proper cleaning without leaving you in pain for 2 days. (happened to my wife also). 2 weeks to 1 month to get an appointment, just to be rushed through like cattle, with some fresh outta college intern. Highly disappointed after coming here for years There is better service in Chiang Mai !
Not the establishment it used to be. Very poor service these days compared what it used to be like.
They never answer the phone even when they're open. They have a good reputation, and have done some decent dental work for us (not great), but overall, still not satisfied with the service of this company. Be there for your customers, which includes answering the phone during business hours... You're one of the most expensive dental offices in Chiang Mai, which demands a higher quality of service in many regards.
